Our story:
My mare developed severe laminitis last year, completely unexpectedly and without any signs. She thrived for over 4 months and I trembled and trembled every day wondering how long this would last, as no test, no examination brought any indication as to the cause. Several vets, horse clinic, 3 animal healers, 2 hoof orthopedists and a farrier, as well as our osteo...no one had any more ideas. We even had the water tested and repeated blood tests. Our 3rd veterinarian was also desperate. Because actually we had done and tried everything. She then recommended me, because the painkillers for 1200 kilo horse a day (my mare weighs only 400) hardly showed any effect, to feed high doses of CBD drops. And lo and behold the painkillers worked again. And after 4 months the relapse finally came to rest. Now 4 months have passed and she continues to get her much loved drops and other hemp products.
